Sobha World City

Sobha World City Hoskote is a 48-acre high-rise integrated township developed by Sobha Limited, located in Sarakariguttahalli near NH-75 in East Bangalore. The development forms part of a larger 300-acre mixed-use master plan that will include residential apartments, villas, plots, and commercial spaces designed to create a self-sustained urban community. The project brings together modern high-rise living, large open landscapes, and Sobha’s signature construction quality with strong infrastructure connectivity across East Bangalore.

The first residential phase of the township is Sobha Codename Trinity, featuring iconic 54-floor residential towers (3B + G + 54 floors) that redefine the skyline of Hoskote. The project will include 5,400+ luxury apartments across 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK configurations, with apartment sizes ranging from 740 sq.ft to 2,425 sq.ft. Spread across carefully planned high-rise clusters, the township maintains around 65% open spaces, landscaped gardens, pedestrian pathways, and community zones designed to balance urban density with green living.

This large-scale township is positioned at the intersection of STRR and the NE-7 corridor, offering strategic access to major employment hubs in East Bangalore.
